Oil Co. Appeals Insurers' Win In Leak Coverage Brawl

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 1:31 PM ET) -- Jefferson Block 24 Oil & Gas LLC is hoping to revive its $3 million Oil Pollution Act policy coverage suit against several insurers — including certain underwriters at Lloyd's of London — over cleanup costs stemming from an oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
