Support Builds To Block EPA's GHG Finding

Law360, New York (March 02, 2010, 3:33 PM ET) -- Republican leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday introduced a legislative attempt to undo the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's endangerment finding on greenhouse gas emissions, as momentum builds against the EPA's attempt to regulate GHG emissions under the Clean Air Act.

House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, unveiled the formal resolution of disapproval on Tuesday, for which he has already secured the support of 79 House co-sponsors.
