Natural Gas Group Balks At EPA Plan To Curb GHGs

Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 3:02 PM ET) -- The Natural Gas Supply Association has added its voice to a chorus of industry opposition aimed at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's current proposal to regulate greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.

NGSA President R. Skip Horvath said on Thursday the organization was joining more than 60 other industry groups in a letter asking U.S. Senators to support a resolution officially disapproving the EPA's proposal so it would have no force or effect.
