Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 4:05 PM ET) -- Criticizing the Obama administration's recent move to pull the plug on a controversial but long-standing proposal to open a nuclear waste repository at Yucca Mountain in Nevada, state utility regulators from across the U.S. are hoping to get the proposal on track.
