Green Groups Fight Va.'s Bid To Block GHG Action

Law360, New York (March 19, 2010, 2:30 PM ET) -- Two environmental groups have launched a legal challenge to Virginia's quest to block the federal regulation of greenhouse gases, arguing in support of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's finding that the emissions endanger human health and welfare.
