Lockheed's Strontium Liability Claims Nixed

Law360, New York (July 01, 2010, 2:35 PM ET) -- A federal judge has thrown out claims by Lockheed Martin Corp. that the state of Pennsylvania and the federal government should share in any liability in a $20 million lawsuit from the state's environmental regulator over the cleanup of strontium-90 at a decommissioned nuclear facility.
