Law360, New York (July 15, 2010, 7:14 PM ET) -- A filmmaker has been ordered to give Chevron Corp. copies of outtakes of a movie documenting the legal fight between the energy giant and a group of Ecuadoreans seeking $27 billion for alleged environmental damage.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled Thursday that filmmaker Joseph A. Berlinger must comply with a district court order and turn over copies of certain footage that did not make the final cut of his movie “Crude.”
