Law360, New York (August 06, 2010, 4:23 PM ET) -- The South Carolina State Ports Authority has settled a long-running dispute with an environmental group over plans to expand the Port of Charleston, agreeing to cut emissions and launch a voluntary truck replacement program.
Judge C. Weston Houck of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina signed off Friday on a consent motion to dismiss the suit filed by the SPA and the Coastal Conservation League.
