G&K Cops To Criminal Violations Of CWA

Law360, New York (September 03, 2010, 11:39 AM ET) -- Uniform maker G&K Services Inc. has agreed to pay a $450,000 fine and admit to criminal charges that a company plant in Iowa discharged wastewater with excess levels of pollutants into the public sewer system.

Minnetonka, Minn.-based G&K pled guilty Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa to one count of violating the Clean Water Act.
