Law360, New York (September 08, 2010, 6:21 PM ET) -- National Coal Corp. has settled a selenium pollution suit for $80,000, ending a case brought by the Sierra Club and other environmental groups that accused the mining company of contaminating rivers in eastern Tennessee.
In a final order entered Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Judge Thomas W.
