Exxon To Pay Up To $5.5M For La. Superfund Site

Law360, New York (September 08, 2010, 7:02 PM ET) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. has agreed to pay up to $5.5 million to cover the cost of cleaning up the site of a Louisiana factory that the energy giant and others hired to dispose of radioactive waste.
