Law360, New York (October 04, 2010, 2:34 PM ET) -- The U.S. has accused a subsidiary of EnPro Industries Inc. and a General Dynamics Corp. unit of making and installing engines for Navy ships that don't meet environmental standards, marking the government's first action to enforce marine diesel engine pollution rules.
