Elections Move Enviro Focus Out Of Congress

Law360, New York (November 03, 2010, 5:40 PM ET) -- With a split Congress unlikely to pass much environmental or energy legislation, supporters of change in these areas will have to pin their hopes on the federal enforcement agencies and states, experts say.

Not all 2010 midterm races have been decided yet, but it's clear that Republicans will have a significant majority in the U.S. House of Representatives and Democrats will retain a slim majority in the U.S. Senate.
