Cavalier BP Didn't Learn From Past Mistakes: Report

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 4:59 PM ET) -- The cavalier attitude of BP PLC officials to the inherent risks of deepwater oil drilling and the failure to learn from past mistakes were at the center of a chain of errors that led to 11 deaths and the worst U.S. oil spill in history, a new report has found.
