Law360, New York (December 01, 2010, 2:01 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered the immediate destruction of hundreds of acres of genetically modified sugar beet seedlings primarily designed by Monsanto Co., finding that environmental groups will likely be able to show that the plantings were unlawfully permitted.
