Chubb Can't Recover $2.4M Spent On Cleanup

Law360, New York (December 15, 2010, 5:59 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected Chubb Insurance Co.’s bid to recover $2.4 million in environmental coverage from Ford Motor Co. and other companies, concluding that the insurer can't assert a federal claim for money it paid for a policyholder's cleanup.
