NJ Takes Bid To Bar Del. River Dredging To 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 6:37 PM ET) -- New Jersey has appealed its loss in a suit aimed at blocking the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' $300 million plan to dredge the Delaware River.

New Jersey Attorney General Paula Dow filed notice Tuesday that she would appeal the loss to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. The notice does not explain the legal rationale behind the appeal.
