Law360, New York (March 09, 2011, 2:46 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Tuesday it was adding 10 new properties to the National Priorities List of Superfund sites, ranging from a Long Island, N.Y., landfill to a former metals refinery in Montana.
The EPA is also proposing to add 15 other sites to the Superfund list, which is considered to include the most hazardous waste sites in the country.
