Enviros Sue ICG Over Selenium From W.Va. Coal Mines

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 2:22 PM ET) -- The Sierra Club and others sued a West Virginia-based unit of International Coal Group Inc. on Wednesday, claiming the mining company discharged the toxic pollutant selenium into the state's waters.
