Steel Industry Targets New EU Carbon Rules

Law360, New York (April 04, 2011, 2:00 PM ET) -- The European steel industry announced Monday it would mount a legal challenge to the European Union's new rules for carbon emissions, saying the proposed regulations don't comply with the bloc's greenhouse gas reduction program.
