Law360, New York (May 06, 2011, 7:27 PM ET) -- Defunct metals producer Crucible Materials Corp. will fork over $3.8 million to remediate the site of a former steel tubing manufacturing plant in Wisconsin, resolving more environmental claims as it continues to wind up its operations, officials said Thursday.
