US Settles With WildEarth In Endangered Species MDL

Law360, New York (May 10, 2011, 3:52 PM ET) -- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced a settlement Monday with WildEarth Guardians in sprawling Endangered Species Act litigation, paving the way for the agency to act within the next six years on a list of 251 species that are candidates for protection.
