Enviros Threaten Suit Over San Joaquin Water Pollution

Law360, New York (June 08, 2011, 7:26 PM ET) -- Conservation groups in California said Tuesday that they intended to sue federal and regional authorities over the continued discharge of polluted agricultural drainage water into a tributary of the San Joaquin River, the river itself and the San Francisco Bay-Delta.
