Law360, New York (July 01, 2011, 6:19 PM ET) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday dismissed petitions by South Carolina, Washington state and others challenging the Obama administration's decision to pull the plug on the controversial Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository in Nevada.
