Sierra Club Attacks EPA's Stay On Emissions Rules

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 1:08 PM ET) -- The Sierra Club sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington on Thursday over a stay on long-awaited emissions standards for industrial boilers and sewage incinerators.

The lawsuit is the latest blow in a decadelong fight between the Sierra Club and the agency over the standards.
