Euro Attys Back EPA Emissions Finding In DC Circ.

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 2:21 PM ET) -- A group of European environmental lawyers on Thursday asked the D.C. Circuit to uphold a U.S. regulator's finding that greenhouse gas emissions threaten human health and welfare, marking the first time a European entity has taken direct action in U.S. court over climate change.
