Natural Resource Damages Fair Game In $1B Case: Judge

Law360, New York (October 03, 2011, 8:29 PM ET) -- A Wisconsin federal judge on Friday issued a clarification in a billion-dollar case over pollution in the Lower Fox River, saying corporate defendants in the case could seek potentially hundreds of millions of dollars in natural resource damages from paper companies NCR Corp. and Appleton Papers Inc.
