Raytheon Closes Book On Indiana Waste Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 7:27 PM ET) -- Raytheon Co. and Memcor-Truohm Inc. on Monday agreed to dismiss Memcor's environmental suit against Raytheon, ending a dispute over Raytheon's liability for the cleanup of a Huntington, Ind., facility that was once used to manufacture tactical radios and spy equipment sold to the federal government.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but both sides agreed to drop their claims and counterclaims with prejudice, according to stipulations entered in Indiana federal court.
