Insurers Owe Indemnity In Superfund Cleanup Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 8:36 PM ET) -- An Oregon federal judge on Friday found that several insurers have a duty to defend in a dispute over the cleanup of a Portland Superfund site, but declined to dismiss the suit because it is unclear whether The Marine Group LLC in fact holds the insurance policies at issue.
