BP Wants Prior Accident Testimony Barred From Trial

Law360, New Orleans (March 2, 2012, 3:26 PM ET) -- As parties in multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill geared up for Monday’s trial, BP PLC fought Thursday to exclude any evidence of its prior safety failures and misconduct from the proceedings, including dozens of pages of testimony from former CEO Tony Hayward.
