Law360, New York (March 19, 2012, 5:39 PM ET) -- A former Locke Lord LLP attorney has joined Winstead PC as a shareholder in the energy and environmental law practice group in its Houston office, the firm announced Thursday.
John K. Arnold’s experience has been largely centered on energy regulatory matters, having appeared before the Texas Public Utility Commission, the Railroad Commission of Texas and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, according to the firm.
