NRDC Asks 9th Circ. To Let Smelt Protection Plan Go Ahead

Law360, New York (April 06, 2012, 8:49 PM ET) -- The National Resources Defense Council asked the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to lift a block on a federal plan to modify two water projects to protect California's population of delta smelt, saying the district court's block violated the Endangered Species Act.
