Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 4:57 PM ET) -- Oregon's Element Power Solar has forged a partnership with private equity firm Ariya Capital LLP to sniff out promising renewable-energy projects to invest in throughout Africa, Element announced Tuesday.
Element, a unit of renewable-energy developer Element Power US LLC, will act as a technical adviser to U.K.- and Botswana-based Ariya in selecting projects for the Africa-focused private equity firm to build and operate, according to a statement Element issued Tuesday.
