Chevron Says Bankrupt Co-Developer Can't Sell Solar Projects

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 1:13 PM ET) -- A U.S. division of energy giant Chevron Corp. asked a Delaware bankruptcy court Wednesday to affirm its land rights in two California solar energy projects, saying its insolvent co-developer cannot sell the projects free and clear of Chevron's interests in them.
