Senate Energy Committee Moves 4 Key Nominees Forward

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 6:52 PM ET) -- The U.S. Senate Energy Committee on Thursday approved nominees for key posts in the departments of Energy and the Interior, as well as two new members of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, setting the stage for a full Senate vote.
