Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 5:48 PM ET) -- The Bureau of Land Management pushed along a proposal by BP PLC's alternative energy unit to build an estimated $1 billion, 500-megawatt wind farm on federally managed lands in Arizona on Tuesday, releasing its draft environmental impact statement and inviting public comment.
