Obama Pushes To Extend Clean Energy Tax Breaks

Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 4:56 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama on Tuesday called on Congress to extend clean energy tax breaks scheduled to expire at the end of the year and expand incentives for manufacturing renewable energy equipment, arguing that the measures would bolster the country's economy.

As part of a larger to-do list put before Congress, the president said improving the country's green energy presence should be a top priority.
