Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 7:29 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has added three West Coast industrial properties contaminated with hazardous waste to its National Priorities List of Superfund sites, the agency said Wednesday.
The sites pose a risk to people’s health and to the environment, the EPA said in a statement about the additions.
