Holland & Knight Leads Palm Oil Industry's EPA Fight

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 7:00 PM ET) -- Backed by a major palm oil refiner and two Asian trade groups, lobbyists from Holland & Knight are pushing for palm oil to be designated as a federally approved biofuel, a distinction that could be worth millions of dollars to major producers.
