Alaska Mine’s Future Murky After EPA Warns Of Devastation

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 3:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Monday that a massive mining development in Alaska could devastate the surrounding ecosystem and destroy the habitat of several local species of fish, putting the continuation of the project in doubt.
