Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 3:33 PM ET) -- An Alaska federal judge on Tuesday threw out a portion of Shell Gulf of Mexico Inc.'s suit against Greenpeace Inc. seeking to prevent interference with drilling operations, but expanded a restraining order blocking activists from barricading or occupying its drilling ships bound for the Arctic.
