Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 1:31 PM ET) -- Under section 8(a) of the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires “manufacturers” to provide periodic updates to the national inventory of chemical substances (the TSCA Iinventory).
