Exide Settles Lead Emissions Dispute With Texas City

Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 5:56 PM ET) -- Exide Technologies Inc. and the city of Frisco, Texas, on Thursday reached a definitive settlement resolving disputes over lead emissions from its battery recycling plant, with Exide selling property around the plant to Frisco for $45 million and agreeing to conduct cleanup activities on the site.
