Global Airlines Say EU Emission Rules Could Spark Trade War

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 2:17 PM ET) -- An international trade association representing 230 global airlines criticized Europe's recently enacted regulations aimed at reducing aviation emissions on Tuesday, saying the rules intensified global political tensions and could lead to a global trade war.
