Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 2:30 PM ET) -- Solar Power Inc. has picked up the rights to 68 power generating facilities in Hawaii worth a combined 29 megawatts, making it the largest utility-scale solar developer in a state that has looked to renewables to drive its energy independence, SPI said Wednesday.
