Law360, Wilmington (July 02, 2012, 3:47 PM ET) -- Panel manufacturer Abound Solar Inc. has become the latest solar company to seek bankruptcy protection in Delaware, as the Colorado-based firm filed for Chapter 7 Monday after finding itself unable to compete with Chinese imports despite a $400 million federal loan guarantee.
