Unions Sue LA Over Wal-Mart Project's Enviro Permits

Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 4:26 PM ET) -- A pair of labor unions on Tuesday accused the city of Los Angeles of flouting state environmental laws by not turning over environmental impact notices concerning a proposed 33,000-square-foot Wal-Mart Store's Inc. retail location.
