Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 5:21 PM ET) -- Halliburton Co. asked an Oklahoma federal court on Friday to end a demand for medical monitoring in a putative class action alleging the company exposed a town's residents to nuclear waste and other toxic substances, saying state law doesn't allow the claim.
