Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 3:05 PM ET) -- A New York state judge on Monday put the brakes on a lawsuit over a host of insurers' obligations to defend General Motors Corp.'s remains in environmental and asbestos litigation while a similar suit proceeds in Delaware.
