Army Corps Can't Ditch Suit Over $650M River Dredging Plan

Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 8:26 PM ET) -- A South Carolina federal judge on Friday allowed an environmental group's lawsuit challenging a $650 million U.S. Army Corps of Engineers river deepening project to move forward, ruling it was not too early to determine whether the project had received the proper permits.
